WRITER / DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

Viktor Herrmann is a film and video writer, director and producer working out of the Boston area. Viktor’s goals are expression. empathy and connection. He creates genre pieces that explore our identities, imposed both by ourselves and by our societies, and how we reconcile them with the core nature of our beings.

Viktor graduated from Lesley University in 2015 with a BFA in Creative Writing & a Minor in Communications.

PRODUCER

Gaby Leyner is a New York based independent producer with a focus on daring, director-driven storytelling. She produced Blackout, the seventh feature from horror auteur Larry Fessenden, which premiered at Fantasia and Sitges ‘23, in collaboration with Glass Eye Pix. She is also producer of Trauma or, Monsters All, Fessenden’s monster mash-up and sequel to Habit, Depraved and Blackout. Her additional credits include Eugene the Marine, a Giallo-inspired thriller directed by Hank Bedford and starring Scott Glenn, Jim Gaffigan, and Shioli Kutsuna.

Leyner also serves as Executive Producer on The Dreadful, the Lionsgate British gothic horror film from director Natasha Kermani, starring Sophie Turner, Kit Harington, and Marcia Gay Harden.

PRODUCER

Carley Byers is a Boston-based filmmaker specializing in producing and directing. Her love of storytelling began with dance and theatre. These passions translate into her films through her theatrical visual style and sensitivity when working with performers.

Carley graduated with a BFA in film/video production from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2021. She has worked on industry commercial sets as well as student and independent film projects.

Aimee Kuge is a Japanese-American independent filmmaker whose diverse credits include writing, directing, and producing Cannibal Mukbang, co-producing Black Eyed Susan, and serving as a story producer for MTV’s Teen Mom franchise. Her work has been featured at numerous film festivals around the world and as part of Fangoria’s Chainsaw Awards

She has a BFA in Filmmaking and a BA in Studio Art from The University of Colorado at Boulder. She's based in Brooklyn, NY.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

For more than 15 years, Ben Heald has worked in the New England Film Industry as a Cinematographer and a Gaffer, these roles inform each other. As a Gaffer, Ben has learned under some remarkably talented DPs, always growing and gaining experience for his own work. Gaffing allows Ben to work hands on with the newest equipment and to see the process from another side, affording him a greater understanding of what is possible.

COMPOSER

Shortly after having graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2019 with a degree in Film Composition and a minor in video game scoring, Kevin has been involved in projects such as FX’s originals “Little Demon” and A24’s “Ramy” Under the tutelage of Dan Romer. Kevin’s has also composed music for independent projects such as the award winning, “Bad Hombrewood”, that was named best documentary at the American Pavillion at Cannes “Toro De Oro” where he took the award for best original score aswell as best picture in the Indie Film Fest in AZ.
